FAQ

1. How do I book a photo session with you?
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely! I understand that not all requests can be framed in the concepts of standard packages, but I am here for you so that we can discuss your idea and bring it to life!
3. I'm not a model. Can I still do the shooting?
Sure! Most of my models are just simple people, some of them have never even posed or being photographed. But they look fantastic, don't they?
Also, I'm always looking for new faces!
4. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
About 3 weeks on average, depending on projects already in pipeline.
5. Can you tell more about photo editing process?
The photo editing process can be divided into the following stages:
- shooting
- initial selection of photos, deleting of unsuccessful ones
- color correction of the remaining photos
- selection of the best 10-12 photos
- retouching of the best photos
Now imagine having a few photo sessions coming at once, that's dealing with about 2 500 photos at least :)
6. How do I prepare for a portrait session with you?
- I will ask you to fill in special form based on your ideas and experience.
- After that we will walk through it together and discuss all the questions you & I might have left.
- I will prepare a presentation with a couple of ideas that we agreed on, featuring shooting location, clothes and accessories for every shooting idea.
- Choosing the option (or several if we plan to)
- Getting ready: booking location, discussing your wardrobe or places where we can get particular items needed, collecting/buying props
- Booking a make up & hair artists (optional, I will let you know if there's a need in case you're hesitating)
- Last and MOST important one!!! Resting before the shooting, imagining how great you will look tomorrow!
7. Do I get original photos as well?
Yes. But please don't share them anywhere until you get the whole edited pack. You can be surprised how one single detail or simple color correction can change the whole picture.
8. What is retouching? Can you change my looks dramatically?
Retouching itself is done for images that require specific adjustments to remove imperfections, enhance the appearance, or create a specific mood or atmosphere.
Usually I remove any objects that spoil the overall picture or atmosphere of the photo, remove pimples and post-acne, clean the background.
In the case of deep retouching, I even out the skin tone, correct or add makeup. I can also resort to minimal "deformation" of the face and body if the client asks me to. Don't be afraid to ask if you want to see some specific edits.
Your comfort and confidence are my top priorities. If you have any concerns about certain features or imperfections, please feel free to let me know in advance. This way, we can address them together during the shoot with special poses or adjustments, ensuring you feel great and reducing the need for extensive post-editing.
9. Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes! Let me know where you need me to be!
10. Do you help with planning our engagement session?
Yes, I do!
Planning your engagement session shouldn’t be stressful - it should feel like a fun date night, just with a camera tagging along! Here’s how we make that happen together:
- Pick your vibe
Rom-com scene? Cozy cabin vibes? Pizza picnic in a field? Let’s dream it up. Go nuts with your Pinterest board, I’ll help you pull it all together.
- Pick the perfect location
Could be a mountaintop, your fave coffee shop, the beach, or even your house. We’ll find the perfect spot that feels right for your story.
- Pick the season + date
Do you want dreamy wildflowers? Snowy vibes? Sunset glow? I’ll help you think through what works best based on the look you’re going for and your comfort level (because nobody wants to be sweating in a full suit in July, you know?)
- What do we wear?!
I’ll help you choose clothes that move with you, not against you.
- Let’s make it a date
Think of something you already love doing together and we’ll make it photo-worthy.
Nervous? That’s normal.
Seriously, everyone says “we’re awkward in front of the camera” and I’m like “same, lol.” But that’s where I come in. No stiff posing - just natural, goofy, cute, real moments. Maybe vibey music, movement, and a lot of jokes to make you forget you’re being photographed.
11. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Things happen, and we all understand that sometimes we can't control the unpredictable. I will try my best to reschedule our session if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
12. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
Currently I'm working on partnering with a print shop that I can become my trusted one. But if you do, I'll be happy to adjust the files and pass it to them!
